excited? Not?? Even watching?

I'm cautiously optomistic.

I was excited. I love JC and I love JC and KS together even more. However I was majorly dissapointed (as I should have expected to be) when they interacted for - literally - five seconds.

im not getting my hopes up. i loved him on days... i never saw him and her on days together. i wanted shawn and mimi(kristen had already been replaced) but from the pics i dont like the scruff. to much of it. hides hit beautiful face. a lil scruff on the chin is ok... but way to much.

i wanted to c him, but seconds? damn. im sure there will b more to come. but the way they pimped it, u would think they would have had more than just 5 seconds. but then again they didnt want him with only her. GH prolly wants to cash on on shelle, but they dont want to recreate it. they want their own supercouple.

its still funny how GH and days share cast members lol

ok i saw it. it was a set up for more to come tomorrow.

but the looks they gave each other . the magic is still there. i never really saw them on days together but i have to admit that they were smokin in that 2 second stare.

it was short, but KS and JC always smoke up the screen. When they were young, it was in a loving, innocent way, yesterday's stare - that was the all grown up version!!!

ok that guy is officialy a JERK! not even a patrick wanna-b. hes worse! and i hate hate HATE the scruff!!! not a fan as of yet

i'm on the fence. i adore spixie but shelle. oh wait....i hated them on DAYS. lol. I guess I'm just remembering a time when they were on a soap that was good.

I'm usually a fan of scruff, but his was like a full-on beard that didn't look completely real or something. I much preferred how JC looked at the emmys. It was more trimmed down.

at least we know he shaves it! just think in a month it will b gone!

I wasn't loving the scruff either. I think it was a move to just try to age him a bit and distinguish his character from "Shawn Brady" - ironically though, the beard thing is so signature Bo Brady, Shawn's dad on DOOL...

box: ok i dont like him. the way he was with maxie and spin. just assuming they were having sex. jumping to the most harassing assumption.

then telling spin that he has a disorder, which might b so, but they way he went about it rubbed me the wrong way. there is nothing wrong with spin!

I thought that when Spin came one, his reason for acting so odd was because he smoked pot. LOL. I didnt watch but I caught the scenes online. He seems arrogant. And not in the way that Patrick is. I might need more time to decide.

I'm right there with you! I thought in the beginning it was a pot thing too!

If GH had good writers, they could explore Spin having a disorder, but with guz at the helm, I don't trust it.

I want to love Matt, but I don't want him to be a bad guy. If he's mobular, I'll have to puke AND turn off the tv.

Tbh I'm not liking him. He just annoys me. :unsure:

So, it's been over a month since Matt Hunger came on screen...what is everyone thinking now?

I knew there was a reason I was cautiously optomistic. he's got some attitude, but it's not coming off right yet. Like, with Logan (I'm biased, my fav and all) - he had attitude, but it came off sexy and bad boy ish. some of the way Matt Hunter is written, the attitude is coming off as "jerk".

I do think that he shines in his scenes with Kirsten Storms though - they do work well together. I am all for Matt&Maxie pairing, but I think it looks like the writers are testing him with Nadine.
